Using Heidelberg printing technology, a custom anti-counterfeiting mark is embedded directly from PDF or Adobe Illustrator artwork, so precision and durability match the print run itself.

Manufacturing process
Cards are produced in our own factory in Panyu, Guangzhou. Nine stages sit between approved artwork and dispatch.
High-precision printing
Heidelberg presses deliver colour accuracy and crisp custom logos. Anti-counterfeiting features such as UV marks and colour-changing ink are printed in the same pass.
Surface treatment
Oil coating and embossing give the cards a smooth touch, anti-slip grip and consistent shuffling performance.
Quality inspection
Each deck is checked for colour, alignment, UV marks and correct card count.
Precision die cutting
Rounded corners and precise cuts give uniform size, smooth edges and safe handling.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the material and the level of customization. For most custom playing cards the MOQ starts from 5,000 decks. For larger casino projects or long-term cooperation we offer flexible pricing and production arrangements.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production usually takes 7–15 days after artwork confirmation. International shipping varies by destination and method, typically 5–10 days. We support DHL, FedEx, air freight and sea freight.
Are the cards compatible with automatic shufflers and electronic card shoes?
Yes. Cards are produced to defined thickness and stiffness standards, so they are compatible with the automatic shufflers and electronic card shoes used in casinos and gaming clubs. Chinese black core paper is specifically optimized for electronic shoe feeding.
Can card faces, backs and packaging be customized?
Yes — faces, backs, box design, logos, colours and security elements. You can supply artwork, or we can assist with layout to match your brand or venue requirements.
Can we order samples before a bulk order?
Sample decks are available on request so you can assess quality and design before committing to a production run.
