## Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products—which are customized and built to order—we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

- Return request is made within **7 days** of delivery.

- The product must be unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

We **do not** accept returns due to:

- Change of mind or personal preference.

- Misuse, mishandling, or self-inflicted damage.

- Unauthorized repair or modification.

- Products such as **casino playing cards** once used.

If your return is approved:

- Refunds will be processed within **5–7 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Shipping fees (original and return) are **non-refundable** unless the return is due to our error.
