Descrição
The Macaumr SiM Cage casino RFID chip management system is an offline, air-gapped cage platform that records chip buying, cash-out, exchanges and withdrawals, reads RFID chips in batches for detection and anti-counterfeit checks, and keeps every transaction traceable by chip ID, denomination, operator and timestamp.
What does an RFID chip management system do at the cage?
The system replaces manual cage paperwork with a single platform that manages the complete chip lifecycle at the counter. Every transaction generates a digital record, so chip issuance, returns, destruction and table collection can be reconciled against the same source of truth rather than against several handwritten ledgers.
Eight operational areas are covered:
- Gerenciamento de chips — chip buying, cash-out, chip exchange, tip exchange, chip withdrawal and new account opening at the cage counter.
- Chip detection — batch RFID reading with UID, denomination and status shown in real time.
- Financial management — cash-code and non-cash-code transactions across the full operational cycle.
- Accounting records — live chip issuance, warehouse inventory, destruction logs, and table code collection and retirement amounts.
- Cashier management — calculating quantities, current cash totals, pre-exchange amounts and expenses with commission tracking.
- Data overview — today’s chip buying volume, cash-out volume and chip valuation at a glance.
- Table management — links chip inventory to assigned gaming tables for floor-level oversight.
- Statistical management — reports across cashier, table, window, chip and accounting record categories.
How does chip detection and anti-counterfeit verification work?
Detection is the operational frontline of the system. Chips placed on the RFID sensing station are read in batches, and the interface displays each chip’s UID, type, denomination and timestamp while cross-referencing the venue’s authorised inventory. Each chip is classified as USAR (authorised and in circulation), Inválido (recognised but inactive or destroyed) or Não utilizado (registered but not yet issued to the floor).
If a chip is presented that is not registered to the venue, or does not match the inventory database, the system raises an on-screen Chip não autorizado detectado alert before the chip enters circulation. That gives the cage operator a decision point at the counter instead of a discrepancy discovered at the next count.
Why does the system run air-gapped?
The platform runs without an internet or LAN connection. The air-gapped design removes the external attack surface and prevents chip inventory data from leaving the venue, which matters where chip totals and transaction values are commercially sensitive. All chip totals, transaction values and operator logs remain on the venue’s own infrastructure.
Offline operation also means the cage keeps working when connectivity elsewhere in the building fails — a practical continuity benefit for busy shifts.
Which venues and workflows does it suit?
The system is built for casino cage operations, VIP room chip management and gaming venues running RFID chip inventory across the floor. It works as a standalone cage platform, and pairs with tabletop RFID readers and handheld terminals to cover the flow from table to cage.
- Manufacturing base: Macaumr has produced casino equipment in Panyu, Guangzhou since 2013 — sobre Macaumr.
- Ecosystem coverage: chips, readers, terminals and cage software can be specified together, so reader placement and chip inlay are matched to one project instead of several suppliers — see the cage chip system range.
- Deployment support: venue configuration, chip registration and operator workflow are confirmed before delivery, with production typically about one to two weeks after specification approval.
How does the cage system connect with table readers?
Cage records and table events can be reconciled in one workflow: the cage RFID chip reader board handles counter-side verification, the handheld RFID terminal covers mobile checks on the floor, and Fichas de pôquer RFID carry the identifiers. Tell us which reading points you plan to run and the chip mix you use, and we will confirm the specification before production.
