Payment Methods

Macaumr accepts the following payment methods for B2B equipment orders. The accepted method is confirmed on the quotation.

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — bank transfer to the Macaumr corporate account. This is the most widely used method for equipment orders.
  • L/C (Letter of Credit) — available for larger orders, subject to approval and to the terms agreed with our bank.
  • Western Union — used for sample fees and small payments where a bank transfer is not practical.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and may vary by product, order value, and destination.
  • Where a deposit structure applies, the usual arrangement is 30% deposit on order confirmation with the remaining 70% payable before shipment. The exact split is confirmed in writing on the quotation.
  • Production is scheduled once the agreed deposit has cleared. Shipment is arranged once the balance has cleared, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
  • For orders covered by a Letter of Credit, the terms of the L/C must be agreed by both parties before production starts.

Currency

Quotations and invoices are issued in USD (United States Dollar) unless another currency is expressly agreed in the quotation. Where payment is made in a different currency, any conversion difference and bank charges are for the payer’s account.

Banking Information

Beneficiary bank details are provided with the formal quotation and on the proforma invoice. Please contact our sales team directly to confirm bank details before transferring funds. Macaumr will not notify customers by email of a change of bank account; if you receive such a message, verify it with your usual contact before paying.

Invoices and Documentation

  • Proforma Invoice (PI) — issued to confirm the order specification, quantity, price, payment terms, and shipping arrangement, and used to arrange payment.
  • Commercial Invoice — issued for the shipment and used for customs clearance in the destination country.
  • A packing list and standard export documentation accompany each shipment.

Order Confirmation and Changes

An order is confirmed when Macaumr issues written confirmation and the agreed deposit has been received. Changes requested after artwork and specification approval may affect price, lead time, and the payment schedule, and will be confirmed in writing.
