Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products—customized electronic devices and high-precision cheating systems—we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
We do not accept returns due to:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Misuse, mishandling, or self-inflicted damage.
- Unauthorized repair or modification.
- Products such as casino playing cards once used.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty Policy
