Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from the Macaumr manufacturing facility in Panyu, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
Shipping Methods
The shipping method is confirmed on the quotation and depends on the product, destination, order volume, and the Incoterms you select. Typical options include:
- Sea freight — generally the most economical option for full container loads, oversized items such as gaming tables, and non-urgent bulk orders.
- Air freight — suited to high-value, time-sensitive consignments, and to orders that are too large for courier services but too urgent for sea freight.
- Express courier — used for samples, small parts, chip sets, and accessory orders.
Delivery Time
- Production typically takes about one to two weeks after specification and artwork are approved. Exact timing depends on customisation, RFID configuration, and quantity.
- Transit time is additional to production time and depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.
- Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Customs clearance, inspection, port congestion, and transport disruption may affect the final schedule.
Freight Cost
Freight, insurance, and associated charges are quoted per shipment and are confirmed on the quotation. Where the customer nominates their own freight forwarder, Macaumr will deliver to the nominated collection point in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
Packaging
- Goods are packed for export using standard export packaging appropriate to the product — typically wooden crates for gaming tables and other large items, and reinforced cartons for chips, cards, layouts, seating, and accessories.
- Where a product requires special protection, or where the customer requests custom packaging or branding, this is confirmed in the quotation.
- Packing is designed for normal handling in international freight. Macaumr is not liable for damage arising from exceptional handling or storage conditions after risk has passed to the customer.
Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes
- Unless the quotation states otherwise, the customer is responsible for import customs clearance in the destination country, including duties, taxes, levies, and any local inspection or registration fees.
- Macaumr will provide the commercial invoice, packing list, and any standard export documentation required to accompany the shipment.
- Where the customer requires specific certificates, legalisation, or destination-specific documentation, this must be requested before production and may be subject to additional cost and lead time.
- Any storage, demurrage, or return-to-origin costs arising because the customer cannot complete clearance are for the customer’s account.
Inspection on Receipt
Please inspect the consignment on arrival. Visible damage or shortage should be recorded on the carrier’s delivery documents and notified to Macaumr promptly, together with photographs, so that the matter can be raised with the carrier and assessed under the Warranty Policy.
