Company Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of casino equipment by Macaumr, the trading brand of Guangzhou Ming Rui Entertainment Products Co., LTD (“Macaumr”, “we”, “us”), a casino equipment manufacturer established in 2013 and operating from Panyu, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Company registration number: 914401010746360602.

Scope

These terms apply to all quotations, orders, and supply of products and services by Macaumr, including RFID casino tables, RFID poker chips, chip readers and sensing devices, baccarat roadmap display systems, casino display screens, playing cards, electronic card shoes, shuffling machines, table layouts, and casino seating, together with related customisation and technical support. By placing an order with Macaumr you confirm that you accept these terms.

Quotations and Orders

  • Macaumr operates on a quotation basis. Prices are not published on this website.
  • A quotation is an invitation to order and remains valid for the period stated on it.
  • An order becomes binding only when Macaumr confirms it in writing and the agreed deposit has been received.
  • Minimum order quantity is not fixed. It depends on material, artwork, denomination split, RFID configuration, and packaging, and is confirmed per project in the quotation.
  • Production typically takes about one to two weeks after the specification and artwork are approved. Exact lead time depends on customisation, RFID configuration, and quantity.
  • Existing or reference samples are available for a non-refundable sample fee. For fully custom designs, an artwork mock-up is provided instead of a custom-produced physical sample before order.

Payment

  • Payment terms vary by product and order and are confirmed in the formal quotation and in the Payment Methods page.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment shall be made in the currency stated on the quotation.
  • Macaumr is not responsible for bank charges, currency conversion costs, or intermediary fees applied by the payer’s bank.

Delivery

  • Delivery terms, shipping method, packing, and transport costs are confirmed in the quotation and are described in the Shipping & Delivery page.
  • Risk in the goods passes in accordance with the Incoterms stated on the confirmed quotation.
  • Any delivery date is an estimate given in good faith. Customs clearance, inspection, and transport delays outside Macaumr’s control may affect the final schedule.

Warranty

Macaumr products are supplied with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Scope, duration, exclusions, and the claim procedure are set out in the Warranty Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Customisation and Approvals

  • Where a product is customised, the customer is responsible for approving artwork, specification, and samples or mock-ups before production begins.
  • Once artwork and specification are approved in writing, they form part of the contract. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, or designs supplied to Macaumr do not infringe the rights of any third party, and shall indemnify Macaumr against claims arising from such material.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical specifications, drawings, tooling, software, and documentation created or supplied by Macaumr remain the intellectual property of Macaumr, unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns them. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Macaumr’s designs or technical specifications to the customer. Customer-supplied artwork and logos remain the property of the customer and are used only to fulfil the order.

Limitation of Liability

  • These terms govern a business-to-business supply relationship. Macaumr is not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Macaumr’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Macaumr is not liable for product performance where the customer has used, installed, maintained, or configured the goods contrary to the agreed specification or to Macaumr’s instructions.

Force Majeure

Macaumr is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural events, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, transport disruption, customs action, industrial action, or government action. In such cases, the affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and Macaumr will inform the customer promptly.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of Macau. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Macau, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

Macaumr may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version published on this page at the time the order is confirmed in writing.
