Casino Management System

Macaumr’s casino management system is an RFID-based cage accounting and chip-tracking platform for casino operators. Casino chips are RFID-encoded at production, then read in batches at the cage reader board, so chip inventory, issuance and redemption are recorded against the system rather than counted by hand. Where a site requires it, the platform runs air-gapped and fully offline.

What does a casino management system do?
It gives the cage and surveillance teams a live view of chip inventory: which denominations are in play, what has been issued or redeemed, and which chips are not genuine. Reading happens in batches at the cage sensing area rather than chip by chip, so end-of-shift counts no longer depend on manual tallies.

What is included in the system?
The platform works as a set:

RFID casino chips — clay composite, ceramic or acrylic chips encoded with a unique ID, with optional anti-counterfeiting features
Cage reader board or handheld terminal — the reading station at the cage, or a portable unit for floor and back-of-house checks
Management software — the dashboard that holds inventory, transaction and authentication records
RFID gaming tables — optional; tables that read chips directly during play, so the same chip data feeds both table tracking and cage accounting

Can the system be integrated with tables and existing operations?
Yes. Macaumr supplies the chips, readers, software and RFID tables as one project, and the system can be specified around an existing cage workflow rather than replacing it wholesale. Air-gapped offline operation is available where a site does not allow the system to connect to external networks.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. The minimum depends on chip material, artwork, denomination split, RFID configuration and packaging, and is confirmed per project in the quotation.

What is the lead time?
Production typically takes about one to two weeks after the specification and artwork are approved. Exact timing depends on customization, RFID configuration and quantity.

Can we see a sample before ordering?
Existing or reference samples are available for a non-refundable sample fee. For fully custom designs, an artwork mock-up is provided instead of a custom-produced physical sample before the order.
